Introducing our exquisite first-floor villa, boasting a generous ground floor space spanning 95 square meters. This well-furnished haven promises an opulent retreat, featuring two spacious bedrooms with air conditioning for a restful night’s sleep. The inviting living room, also cooled by A/C, provides a comfortable gathering space, while two generously appointed bathrooms add a touch of luxury to your stay.
The villa further offers a large living and dining area, complete with cable and Smart TV, ensuring entertainment options for all. Stay connected with fast WiFi internet, and savor moments of tranquility on your private patio or the expansive terrace, making this villa your perfect escape for a truly memorable stay.

- NO smoking inside the apartment.
- NO extra guests without prior consent.
- Check out is at 12:00 pm. If you need some extra time, please let me know in order to arrange that.
- Please remove the garbage from the apartment and leave it in the container that is in between buildings.
- Please switch off the Air-condition & lights when you are not in the apartment.

A: We are located 20 km (12 miles) away from the Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ). This is around 35 minutes’ drive depending of the traffic.

A: Yes, within 650 meters you’ll find B-Clean Laundry Services (around 10 minutes walk)
Q: Are there any nearby beachside restaurants or bars?
A: Yes, there are several beachfront restaurants and bars within walking distance where you can enjoy local cuisine and cocktails.
Q: Is electricity included in the price?
A: Yes! We do not charge an extra fee for the electricity, this is already included in our prices.
Q: Is the internet fast enough for working remotely?
A: Oh yes! Our internet is sharp and steady for you to work comfortably.
